Park Ornate Hotel Viman Nagar Pune, Pune

My stay at Park Ornate was quite decent overall. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities like a tea/coffee maker and a hair dryer, which was nice. However, the service was a bit lacking, especially in terms of food top-ups being slow, though the receptionist was courteous. The location was comfortable, near the airport and railway station, with a good amount of greenery around. The dining experience was below average with a limited menu, and the staff seemed more interested in their mobile phones than attending to guests. The hotel, however, has some positive aspects like being near TCS IT Park, Viman Nagar, and other locations, as well as being at a prime spot with green surroundings.
